Customer Support Process
You can open new support requests, contact billing and sales, as well as review past support requests. What does this mean for our existing and future customers? Well there are now 2 ways to submit a support request:

Directly on our site: This is our preferred method. Simply visit our Customer Support link under the Main menu and complete your support request. You can also attach supporting files that may be needed to complete your request.
If the system recognizes your email address as an existing customer, a ticket will be automatically generated with no further action. You will receive notification that a ticket was generated and updates as your ticket(s) are processed. If you are a new customer, a new user account will be generated and you will receive an email with your userid and password. This will allow you to log in on our site and check the status of your ticket. You will also receive an email with the current ticket details. If you need to respond to a ticket, check the status or view your history, you will be required to log in to the support center. If you've forgotten your login information, please contact us via the Customer Support link.
